Harvey York's Rise to Power Chapter 4215
Chapter 4215
Harvey signaled for Saul to put a blanket on Lola and then follow him out.
Saul respectfully got Harvey into the guest room next door.
"Is it all done, Sir York?" he asked.
"Has our child been finally released?"
He was filled with excitement and worry at the same time.
Harvey squinted at Saul for a moment, and then chuckled softly.
"Do you believe in superstition, Mr. Robbins?"
Saul froze.
"If there's no such thing, then what was that before...?"
Harvey let out a sigh.
"Remember what I said this morning?"
"What Mrs. Robbins needs is medicine for the mind."
"She's completely fine, but her heart has been stumped ever since she lost her child."
"That was why she had been in a state of false pregnancy."
"Because of this, there was no way for you two to bear another child."
"That act just now made her believe that her first child has been released."
"I channeled my energy into her, treating the sicknesses that stuck to her ever since she had a miscarriage."
"She's perfectly fine now."
"You can bear a child without any problems."
Harvey smiled.
"Of course, I explained everything to you because we're both civilized people. It's better if I tell you all this."
"Since Mrs. Robbins is a woman, I'm afraid this'll have to be our secret."
"It wouldn't be too late if you tell her after she has the baby."
Saul was filled with gratitude after hearing Harvey's words.
"You really are impressive, Sir York!"
"Other people would just keep it to themselves and flaunt their strength for their own benefit."
"But you told me everything as soon as you got the chance! I'm pleased!"
"Other things aside, from now on, I'll treat you like my own brother!"
"Just say the word if you get into any trouble. I'll do everything I can to help!"
Harvey smiled; he didn't think that Saul would be this easygoing.
"Sure. Just call me by my name. You don't have to keep calling me Sir York."
"Since I'm younger than you, I'll just address you as my brother."
Saul was filled with admiration after hearing Harvey's decisive tone.
"Of course. Thank you for this, Harvey!"
"Stay here for the time being. I'll have to buy you a big meal at the Golden Sands Hotel this afternoon."
"Call your brothers and sisters, too! We'll have lots of fun together!"
"Don't you worry. I'll make sure nobody causes you and your family any trouble!"
"Let's hang out another time, Saul."
Harvey declined with a smile.
After all, there were some things he couldn't explain to Mandy.
"You need to stay with Mrs. Robbins for the time being. That's the most important thing right now."
"I'll get drunk with you when there's good news from you two."
"Of course. I feel a lot more confident after hearing that!" Saul said, elated.
"I'll make sure to finish the job and treat you to a meal tomorrow!"
