Harvey York's Rise to Power Chapter 4275

Chapter 4275

"Running around graveyards?" The man looked confused.

"I like to take walks, sure, but I'll just go around parks at most. I've never been to a graveyard before!"

"Us elderly people are most afraid of that!"

Harvey couldn't wrap his head around the situation.

'He's never been to a graveyard?'

"Did you pick up money on the road with a note inside, saying that a few years of your lifespan is being borrowed, or something of the sort?"

The man thought about it momentarily before shaking his head lightly.

Harvey took a few glances at the man, but couldn't see anything else since the evil energy in him had dissipated.

"You must've been hit by evil energy somewhere..." Harvey reasoned.

"In any case, just be careful. Judging from your physique, you shouldn't go outside unless there's sun out."

The elderly man and woman showered Harvey with immense gratitude before leaving a fifteen-dollar bill and stepping outside.

Harvey shook his head and dealt with the rest of the customers.

It was good that the rest of the customers only had simple problems.

It wasn't that much of a waste of time for him.

When he was done, he then gave Thomas a call.

The two then headed to the Golden Plaza at north of the city.

As soon as the two came to a room that was booked, Saul and Lola, who had been waiting for a long while, stood up from their seats.

Lola handed Harvey a cup of tea, looking rather guilty.

"I'm sorry, Sir York! "

"You were the one who thought of a plan to help Golden Estate, yet I didn't even care."

"I even used the paper you gave me to wipe tea off myself!"

"It's all my fault! "

"I bear as much responsibility for this as well," Saul added.

He was just as apologetic.

"I believed you were already quite impressive for being so well-versed in geomancy..."

"But I didn't think you'd know how to read the entire city based on that."

"After all, you managed something most geomancy experts here couldn't even figure out!"

"It's simply insane!"

"In any case, please forgive us for being so ignorant!"

Harvey didn't mind at all.

Saul and Lola's attitude confirmed his notion that he had picked the right people.

The two were definitely excellent to have around.

After all, people like the two would normally underplay the entire situation rather than just apologizing.

It was why Harvey had a good feeling about them.

"I don't blame you two," Harvey said with a small smile.

"It's only normal for you to doubt me. I'm still young, after all."

"No need to take it personally."

"Besides, I hold ninety percent of the company's shares."

"You two have been doing all the work while I've been sitting behind the scenes. It's fine if I take a small blow for this."

"Anyways, let's not talk about this any longer."

Harvey poured a cup of tea for the couple, still smiling.

"The past is in the past. Let's just leave it at that."

Lola let out a huge sigh of relief after hearing Harvey's words.

"You really are a generous man, Sir York. No wonder you're so successful at such a young age!"

"I'm truly impressed!"

"Speaking of... The paper got wet and covered up the most important part, so..."

Harvey burst out laughing.

He happily drew another map on a dollar bill.

"Remember, we need to announce that we're getting the land no matter what. We want everyone to think we're crazy enough to get land like that..."

"We also need to be discreet when looking for the Golden Garden. Our fame will skyrocket once we release news about our findings."
